I Am Not Winner

Here’s the winning playlists. I’d like to note that my list including at least one song from almost every list here. Does that make me more mainstream, less eclectic, or all three? And how the hell can one dance to Ray Charles’s “I’m Gonna Move to the Outskirts of Town?” and how is Britney Spear’s “Toxic” in any way referential to the bailout, even in the context of the playlist? Or Muscles’s “Ice Cream”? Although I wish I’d picked “Fool’s Gold.” I have the b-side remix on vinyl.

Sasha Frere-Jones, I even had Fela on my list.

Guess I should have added an Ui song.
